【Elliptic: Laundering of Stolen Binance Funds Accelerates】Blockchain analytics firm Elliptic updated on November 6: Hackers have converted about $50 million in stolen $XRP through THORChain into Bitcoin, while about $226 million in XRP remains unmoved. Bitcoin obtained by converting other stolen assets has reached about 1,650 BTC (approximately $124 million), nearly double the previous day; however, the 18,270 Bitcoin stolen directly and the main $ETH remain untouched. The FBI has attributed the theft of 233 million XRP to North Korean hackers. Elliptic says the laundering has involved 16 blockchains, more than 20,000 wallets, and over 65,000 transactions.
