The whole market is getting battered today: BTC has fallen to 76,000, ETH has dropped below 2,300, and the board is awash in red—yet CYBER is up nearly 50% all by itself. KuCoin’s flash update says: 0.378 USDT, up 49.4% in 24 hours, climbing from a low of 0.229 to around 0.395.

On one side are the people chasing the rally: it’s pumping against the trend, so someone must be telling a story with their money. The AI + social data narrative is back in the spotlight—why wait to get in? On the other side are the skeptics: there hasn’t been any major good news, and 0.38–0.40 was where selling pressure showed up before. Plus, 1.76 million tokens are due to unlock in mid-November (2.88% of the circulating supply). Who are they pumping it for, if not to sell into the rally?

My take: treat it as a rebound for now, not a reversal to chase. While the broader market is still bleeding, chasing a coin with no major catalyst after it’s surged 50% against the trend probably won’t end well. If there really is a story here, there’s no harm in waiting to see if it can hold above 0.40. When the whole screen is red, the thing you fear most is “everything else is going up, but the coin I’m holding is falling.” Once FOMO kicks in, money spent chasing a rally can easily become money spent holding the bag.

Are you holding CYBER? Have you already jumped on this rally, or are you watching from the sidelines?
