Binance said it will reopen withdrawals for additional assets starting at 04:00 UTC on November 6, according to recovery update No. 9, which it published on X.
The platform said the listed assets will not all become available at once, as withdrawals will reopen gradually after security and readiness checks are completed. Deposit services remain open, and Binance said it is prioritizing tokens based on user demand over the past week, restoring each network-and-asset pair only after rigorous security checks. More assets will be added as soon as they are ready.
