Binance will support the cash dividend distributions of International Business Machines Corporation (IBM), Apple Inc. (AAPL), Corning Incorporated (GLW), and Eli Lilly and Company (LLY) through bStocks to holders of IBMB, AAPLB, GLWB, and LLYB. The net cash dividend amount, after applicable withholding taxes, fees, charges, and other deductions, will be reinvested in additional or fractional units of the same underlying securities.   • Users holding GLWB and LLYB at the record-date snapshot at 08:00 WIB on 13-11-2026 will be eligible to receive the dividend distribution.

General:

  • Trading of IBMB/USDT, AAPLB/USDT, GLWB/USDT, and LLYB/USDT will not be affected.

  • IBMB

    • At 06:30 WIB on 10-11-2026, the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between IBM and IBMB will be suspended.

    • At 06:30 WIB on 10-11-2026, deposits and withdrawals of IBMB will be suspended. Users should ensure they allow sufficient time for their IBMB deposits to be processed before then.

  • AAPLB

    • At 06:30 WIB on 12-11-2026, the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between AAPL shares and AAPLB bStocks will be suspended.

    • At 06:30 WIB on 12-11-2026, deposits and withdrawals of AAPLB will be suspended. Users should ensure they allow sufficient time for their AAPLB deposits to be processed before then.

  • GLWB and LLYB

    • At 06:30 WIB on 13-11-2026, the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between GLW shares and GLWB bStocks, and between LLY shares and LLYB bStocks, will be suspended.

    • At 06:30 WIB on 13-11-2026, deposits and withdrawals of GLWB and LLYB will be suspended. Users should ensure they allow sufficient time for their GLWB and LLYB deposits to be processed before then.

  • Deposits, withdrawals, and token conversion services for IBMB, AAPLB, GLWB, and LLYB will resume after the distribution is complete. No further announcement will be published. Users can also subscribe to recovery notifications if available.

  • Dividends earned from assets held in other accounts will be credited to the Spot Account, including but not limited to the Savings Account, Margin Account, etc.

  • Binance will handle all technical requirements for users participating in this event.

  • Reinvestment and dividend distribution take place after withholding taxes have been deducted.
