Binance Wallet shared an update on the afternoon of November 6: Binance Alpha is undergoing a system upgrade, and a $350,000 airdrop pool has been prepared for the community.
The eligibility requirements are straightforward: at the snapshot time of November 7 at 07:59:59 (UTC+8), users with 200 or more Alpha Points in their accounts will be eligible to participate in the distribution. The official announcement specifically states that points will not be deducted, distribution is not first-come, first-served, and no manual claim is required. Rewards will be automatically credited to eligible users’ Alpha accounts. Details on how much each person will receive and when it will arrive will be announced later.
After the upgrade, the airdrop and trading competition will also return. For those who regularly accumulate points on Alpha, this is more like a perk that gets automatically sent out at the appointed time—no need to watch the markets and rush to claim it. Just open Binance Wallet and check whether your points have reached the threshold.
