The first step is to provide banks and enterprise service providers with a stablecoin API that works “like a traditional financial interface”—check balances, view transaction histories, detect incoming funds, and confirm on-chain settlements, without having to dig through nodes themselves. DSRV manages multichain nodes and raw data, while COOCON packages it into interfaces familiar to institutions.
