The Democrats have been sending frequent signals:
AI regulation may tighten, data center construction needs to be reassessed, and they may even take action against “superintelligence.”

If regulations tighten and data center approvals slow down, chip companies’ order forecasts will need to be recalculated.
So lately, rather than waiting for confirmation, the market has been rushing to reduce risk.

But I want to say one thing:
**The stronger the wind, the more valuable the fish.**

When everyone is panicking and reducing risk, genuine opportunities are often repriced too.
The key isn’t to follow the crowd’s emotions, but to see clearly: which companies are merely being dragged down by sentiment, and which have actually seen their fundamentals change.

Opportunities are often found where the storm is fiercest.
