"Withdrawals reopened" is carrying a lot of weight in Binance's updates.
Binance says replenishment hit 98%, so the money gap is mostly closed. The plumbing isn't. It's reopening pair by pair, busiest first based on last week's demand, with no end date. And "open" sometimes means only a wrapped copy on another chain, not the native coin.
My read: the wait lands on long-tail tokens and minor chains. Binance itself calls the tokens it hasn't bought back yet low-liquidity. Fair counter: busiest-first is normal triage, and batches are speeding up. A full list of closed pairs with dates would change my mind.
My rule: a coin counts as available only when its exact pair shows open.
Got anything on a minor chain still stuck?
