The key thing to watch this round isn’t “which additional coins can now be withdrawn,” but that availability for the same token still varies across different networks. Binance began the eighth batch of withdrawal resumptions at 12:00 (UTC+8) on November 5. $AERO , $VIRTUAL , and $MORPHO on Base are included in the plan, but the announcement explicitly states that withdrawals won’t open simultaneously; each will undergo security and readiness checks first.

The list covers 69 asset-network combinations in total: 36 on Ethereum, 24 on BSC, 4 on Base, 3 on TRX, and 1 each on MATIC and SUI. This means resumption progress should be assessed by “asset × network,” rather than assuming that normal spot trading for a token means all its network routes have resumed. Deposits remain available as usual.

A stronger confirmation would be that all three Base routes are actually available for withdrawals, processing times have fallen, and cross-chain price gaps and order-book spreads have not widened significantly. A neutral scenario would be a gradual rollout following the announcement. A weaker scenario would involve repeated failures under heavy traffic, insufficient hot-wallet balances, or only one network opening—any of which would increase the friction of moving funds.

The biggest risk remains mistaking a planned opening for a completed resumption; the official notice also cautions that delays may occur during the rollout. Would you check the status of Base routes first, or spot trading volume and cross-chain price gaps?
