Binance’s official website dropped Recovery Update #9 (official): starting today at 12:00 Beijing time (04:00 UTC), another batch of assets has begun to reopen withdrawals in phases. Deposits remain normal.

Unlike the previous round #8 —#8 was the UNI/AAVE/PAXG batch—this #9 list has been expanded again, covering about 9 networks and roughly 58 groups of "coin + network". In plain terms: on BSC there are USDE, PENDLE, ZRO, etc.; on ETH there are XRP, CAKE, and also some on Base / Optimism / Polygon / Arbitrum / AVAX C-Chain / TRX / Sui. The key point: it is not all enabled at once; they are passing security checks batch by batch. During peak times there may be a queue, and if it fails, try again later. Please follow the networks available on the withdrawal page.

Bitcoin is currently around 75.5k, and ETH is near 2220. In the short term it is still pulling back, but I lean toward this: do not interpret "another batch of withdrawals reopened" as a confirmation that the market is turning bullish—treat the two things separately for now.

At the hour of Wei, I cast the hexagram and got Zhen for Thunder: Zhen above Zhen below, with line nine-four changing. In plain language, the Zhen hexagram means "thunder is moving"—there is activity, action is needed, but don’t rush just because there is a jolt; nine-four is the middle line, with enough strength, so timing matters even more. I still lean toward first checking two things: whether the coin/network you hold is in this batch’s list; whether the withdrawal page shows it can be used. Don’t listen to rumor in the square.

Would you rather first check whether your coin is in this batch’s list, or keep watching the next wave of withdrawal openings? Share in the comments.
