Appeal: what to gather and how to submit
If something goes wrong (the seller won’t release the crypto, the payment hasn’t arrived, or there’s a dispute), the main thing is not to panic and to gather evidence.
✅ What to gather before submitting:
• order number (in order history)
• receipt or bank statement: amount, date, time, recipient
• screenshots of the order chat: the entire conversation must be visible there
• if your bank doesn’t allow screenshots: record your screen or download a PDF statement from the bank’s app
How to submit an appeal: open the order and tap “Appeal.” Briefly describe what happened, sticking to the facts, and attach evidence. Support will review the dispute based on the chat and documents.
🚩 Never:
• send card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, or SMS verification codes
• move the conversation to Telegram or other apps
• pay an “unlocking fee”: that’s not how support works
• confirm or release crypto under pressure
Support makes the decision, and there’s no guarantee you’ll get your money back. This is educational material; terms vary by country and bank.
If something doesn’t go as planned 🤔
Can’t take a screenshot in your banking app and don’t have a second phone? Download a statement or receipt as a PDF from your bank. Make sure the amount, date, time, and recipient are visible. Hide your card number and balance.
