Just sharing a personal thought: this afternoon on the subway, I saw the trending topic “US stocks plunge, Musk exclaims, ‘Wow’” and instinctively opened $DOGE , at 0.07149 (24h -6.68%).
Musk is what made me think of it. There are several steps between buzz and price, so I usually treat it only as a clue.
