Binance published Security Incident Recovery Update No. 9 at 11:06 on November 6 (UTC+8): Starting at 12:00 on November 6 (UTC+8), withdrawals for another batch of assets will gradually reopen. This batch covers nine networks: BSC, BASE, ETH, Optimism, MATIC, Arbitrum, AVAXC, TRX, and SUI—adding Optimism, Arbitrum, AVAXC, and others compared with the previous batch. The list includes popular coins such as USDE, PENDLE, ZRO, XRP, CAKE, FDUSD, and U; deposits have remained available as usual. Withdrawals for the listed coins will not all reopen at the same time, but will be enabled in batches after security and readiness checks are complete.

Binance said the recovery order will prioritize user demand over the past week, with other assets to be added as they become eligible. Before withdrawing, check the withdrawal page or network status page to confirm that withdrawals are enabled for your chosen coin and network. Traffic may be heavy during the recovery period, causing brief delays or slower processing; if a withdrawal fails, try again later. This is another stage in the phased restoration of withdrawals: the platform is reopening withdrawal access for more networks and coins while continuing to strengthen safeguards, and updates will also be shared on Binance’s official X account. Users’ funds have already been replenished using Binance’s own funds and backstops such as SAFU. Withdrawal channels are being restored in batches as conditions allow, and a measured pace helps ensure a safer recovery.
