When prices cross back and forth near a key level, both bulls and bears can easily get shaken out repeatedly. Keeping positions small may be the better approach until the direction becomes clear.
It’s more reliable to have multiple data points confirm each other than to look at just one, but even more indicators can’t provide a definitive answer.
