Right after taking a loss, you want to jump back in immediately—with a bigger position—to “win it back at all costs.”

There’s a simple name for that feeling: revenge trading. Your head is still hot, and you’re no longer trading according to plan. The market doesn’t owe anyone back their recent losses.

Practical lessons I stick to:
1) After a loss: close the app for at least 30 minutes.
2) For the next trade, use only the position size you planned—never increase it to win back your losses.

When I’ve set my entry, SL, and TP before placing the trade, I don’t have to keep staring at the app as much.

DYOR. Not investment advice.
