Last night, the Nasdaq had its worst day in eighteen months, and crypto got caught in the fallout. $BTC plunged straight through 76,000, and $ETH fell even harder. Almost nothing was left standing. The rebound after the capitulation that I mentioned yesterday turned out not to be a reversal after all.
But there was one exception: $INJ bucked the trend, rising nearly 4%. I just called it a bullish pick in yesterday’s midday post, and today it’s one of the few green spots in a sea of red. Nasdaq approved its staking ETF on Monday, and with the door to regulatory compliance now open, institutional money has something to look forward to.
When the market takes a nosedive, don’t just focus on what’s fallen the most—look first at what’s held up best. Rebounds often start with the most resilient assets, and they’re also where money flows back first. INJ has risen for three straight days, with no drop in volume.
The overall trend hasn't stabilized, and a stock that holds up better may just be falling more slowly. I won't chase it higher; I'll wait to see if it can hold up after a pullback. If you're really looking to buy the dip, start with resilient stocks that have a compelling story—don't catch the one that's fallen the hardest.
