Binance will support the cash dividend distributions of International Business Machines Corporation (IBM), Apple Inc. (AAPL), Corning Incorporated (GLW), and Eli Lilly and Company (LLY) through bStocks for holders of IBMB, AAPLB, GLWB, and LLYB. After deducting applicable withholding taxes, fees, costs, and other deductions, the net cash dividend amount will be reinvested in additional units or fractional units of the same underlying securities. Eligible users will receive the corresponding dividends in the form of bStocks IBMB, AAPLB, GLWB, and LLYB.
On-chain holders of IBMB, AAPLB, GLWB, and LLYB will receive bStocks dividends through a multiplier adjustment.
Eligibility:
Users holding IBMB at the record-date snapshot taken at 08:00 on November 10, 2026 (Vietnam Time) will be eligible to receive the dividend distribution.
Users holding AAPLB at the record-date snapshot taken at 08:00 on November 12, 2026 (Vietnam Time) will be eligible to receive the dividend distribution.
Users holding GLWB and LLYB at the record-date snapshot taken at 08:00 on November 13, 2026 (Vietnam Time) will be eligible to receive the dividend distribution.
General information:
Trading of IBMB/USDT, AAPLB/USDT, GLWB/USDT, and LLYB/USDT will not be affected.
IBMB
At 06:30 on November 10, 2026 (Vietnam Time), the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between IBM and IBMB will be suspended.
At 06:30 on November 10, 2026 (Vietnam Time), deposits and withdrawals of IBMB will be suspended. Users should ensure they allow sufficient time for their IBMB deposits to be fully processed before this time.
AAPLB
At 06:30 on November 12, 2026 (Vietnam Time), the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between AAPL shares and bStocks AAPLB will be suspended.
At 06:30 on November 12, 2026 (Vietnam Time), deposits and withdrawals of AAPLB will be suspended. Users should ensure they allow sufficient time for their AAPLB deposits to be fully processed before this time.
GLWB and LLYB
At 06:30 on November 13, 2026 (Vietnam Time), the token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between GLW shares and bStocks GLWB, and between LLY shares and bStocks LLYB, will be suspended.
At 06:30 on November 13, 2026 (Vietnam Time), deposits and withdrawals of GLWB and LLYB will be suspended. Users should ensure they allow sufficient time for their GLWB and LLYB deposits to be fully processed before this time.
Deposits, withdrawals, and the token conversion service for IBMB, AAPLB, GLWB, and LLYB will resume once the distribution is complete. Binance will not post any further announcements. Users may also sign up to receive a notification when the service is restored, if this feature is available.
Dividends earned on assets held in other accounts will be credited to the Spot Account, including but not limited to Savings and Margin accounts.
Binance will handle all technical requirements for users participating in this event.
Dividend reinvestment and distribution are carried out after withholding taxes have been deducted at source.
