Withdrawals for all of the assets listed below will not be enabled at the same time. As before, withdrawal services for these assets will gradually resume in batches after all security checks are complete and they are confirmed ready to be enabled. Deposits are operating normally.

We will prioritize asset restoration based on user demand over the past week, and carefully resume withdrawals for each network and asset combination after completing rigorous security checks. Other assets will be added gradually once they are ready to go live.

During the phased recovery, high network traffic may cause temporary delays or longer processing times for some users. If your withdrawal is unsuccessful, please try again later.
