Lately, I've noticed that a number of Binance community users have been seeing a restriction message when trying to claim red packets.

The message says:

“Our system detected potentially unusual behavior while you were trying to claim.”

But Binance hasn't clarified exactly what behavior led to this restriction.

🔍 My personal analysis: What might be the problem?

I think one possible reason is that some users have started hopping from one livestream to another with the sole aim of collecting red packets.

A user enters a livestream, claims the packet, then moves on to another livestream without joining the discussion or taking an interest in the content.

They might even leave their phone open and come back only to quickly collect the packets, without giving the livestream any attention or value.

🛡️ And here’s an important possibility:

Perhaps Binance decided to step in to protect livestreams and post rewards from this kind of behavior.

It wants a community whose members participate, discuss, and share knowledge—not just people who join to collect rewards and then leave.

Perhaps Binance’s system has started considering this group not genuinely interested in the community, but only in the rewards, and has therefore begun limiting their ability to claim red packets.

💡 How might you regain the ability to claim packets?

In my personal opinion, if this is the reason, it may help to change how you use the platform:

1️⃣ Join livestreams and discuss things with their hosts.

2️⃣ Take an interest in the livestream content, rather than making packet collecting your only goal.

3️⃣ Engage with posts by liking or commenting, whether to praise, criticize, or share your opinion.

4️⃣ Take part in discussions and benefit from educational livestreams and trading sessions.

This genuine activity may help the system reassess your account, and you may regain the ability to claim packets in the future.

There’s no guarantee this will bring the rewards back, but it’s worth a try.

🗣️ Now I’d like to hear from you:

Did you participate in livestreams and engage with posts and community members?

Or did you only join to collect red packets without taking an interest in the livestream content?

Did you leave your phone open and come back only to collect rewards?

👑 Perhaps it’s time to bring the value of participation back to the Binance community. A community isn’t built on red packets alone, but on discussion, knowledge, and the exchange of ideas.
