I spent quite a while discussing this with a friend: MetaMask update on the September security incident: the validator has exited, and the wallet was unaffected.
It’s somewhat negative, but it would take more than one news item to turn the market bearish.
I usually don’t adjust my position based on a single news item unless the price action signals it too.
