$SOL Hexagram Fu (Return): Thunder below, Earth above. One yang line returns, just sprouting beneath the earth— a daily RSI dipping into oversold territory doesn’t mean it’s time to buy the dip immediately. Hexagram Fu is about seeing the situation clearly first; lightly shorting a rebound or waiting on the sidelines are both reasonable.
SOL is currently around 89.8, and the daily RSI has closed at about 28.7, entering oversold territory. The 92–94.5 zone overhead is short-term rebound resistance. Keep positions small, and don’t fight the oversold conditions head-on.
I’m inclined to wait for it to reach that resistance zone before lightly shorting:
Entry range: 92–94.5
Stop-loss: 98.5 (with a buffer beyond the nearby structure)
Take-profit 1: 88
Take-profit 2: 86
Take-profit 3: 84
At the first take-profit, close half the position and move the stop-loss to breakeven. If it doesn’t make it up there, no trade. If the daily candle closes above 98.5, the plan is invalidated.
With one yang line returning, don’t rush in yet. Do you think SOL will first rise to 92–94.5 and give you a chance to short, or test 86 again first?
