Binance’s official website has launched the second “Community Rebate” earning campaign: Flexible U savings offers up to roughly 10% APY—in plain English, that’s a base rate of around 1%, plus a limited-time bonus. Regular users can get an extra ~7% on their first 10,000 U; VIP tiers offer higher rates and larger caps. First come, first served: once the reward pool runs out, the bonus ends, so don’t treat it as a fixed long-term rate. There’s also a VIP Dual Investment promotion splitting 40,000 USDC, plus SXT lockup and leaderboard rewards worth around $500,000 in total. The U savings campaign runs until around 11-24 (UTC).

Bitcoin is currently around 76,200, with ETH near 2,241. Prices pulled back overnight from around 80,000, and the short-term move has already stung. The campaign is a nice perk, but I’d keep “rebate APY” separate from “the market has turned bullish”—they’re two different things.

A dawn-time hexagram reading gives Thunder over Heaven, Da Zhuang: Zhen above Qian, with the first yang line changing. In plain English, Da Zhuang means having plenty of strength and being prone to overdoing it; the first line is just getting started, so don’t go all-in right away. I think the two main things to watch first are whether you qualify for the bonus tier and whether Bitcoin can stabilize after this pullback before considering when to add more.

Would you rather check which U savings tier you qualify for first, or keep watching withdrawals and the next PoR report? Let me know in the comments.
