How is ApeChain switching to Chainlink CCIP?

ApeChain plans to use Chainlink Cross-Chain Token (CCT) for APE, USDC, and several other tokens, replacing the LayerZero OFT standard-based implementation.

The migration is intended to enable these tokens to conduct programmable cross-chain transfers. CCIP is becoming the official cross-chain standard for the ApeChain layer 3 blockchain, APE, and Bored Ape Yacht Club applications.
