6:54. The sky is just starting to lighten, and my phone screen is brighter than the view outside the window. Picking up from yesterday’s position, I basically didn’t touch anything overnight.

₿ BTC is at 75,707 now, down 6.3% in 24 hours. It dipped as low as 75,568—pretty much closing right on the floor. The 4-hour trend is bearish, and Ξ ETH is bearish too. The signal the system gave me in the early hours was bearish, but it didn’t tell me to chase the drop.

I stared at that signal for ages. My finger hovered over the button to add to my position, then I ended up doing nothing. I was chicken, plain and simple. After a drop like this, I’m afraid to sell in case it’s the bottom; I want to buy the dip, but I’m afraid of catching a falling knife. Honestly, a little over a third of my portfolio is just sitting there, and the rest is in cash.

Put simply, I saw a post this morning saying Binance’s withdrawal channels were gradually coming back online and its reserves were replenishing. That should count as good news. But the market couldn’t care less, which suggests people are worried not about the exchanges, but about money flowing out on its own. By the way, I glanced at SOL and PEPE too—they’re dropping even more sharply than BTC. Small coins are always the first to get dumped in times like this.

No new signal from the AI, so I’ll keep playing dead today. If it really bounces back to around 77, I’ll probably trim a little first.

At this level, would you trim on a bounce, or just stay put and wait for things to stabilize?
