Binance’s monthly $LUNC burn seems to have been missing this month. According to Cryptopolitan, citing Decrypt, the burn scheduled for November 1 has yet to appear in the tracking records. This is the first break in the schedule since March 2023.

A few numbers:
• The last burn (October 1) destroyed about 335 million tokens, only around 0.006% of the circulating supply
• At the November 3 price of $0.000041, that batch was worth about $13,700

The impact on supply is small; the real issue is confidence. The community sees it as a sign of the exchange’s ongoing support. Binance hasn’t announced a pause, and there’s no evidence linking this to the October 29 hack. Some community members have speculated that the tokens are being moved to a more secure wallet, but this hasn’t been confirmed officially.

Additionally, DefiLlama shows that Terra Classic’s on-chain TVL is only about $817,000. Token burns alone aren’t enough to support a recovery; it also remains to be seen whether $BNB will announce a subsequent burn.
