1. The strong are swept forward by fate. 2. In truth, the strong are also driven forward by fate. 3. Before they became powerful, most of them only wanted to live ordinary, peaceful lives. But circumstances didn’t allow it, and nothing in their path would let them live that way. 4. Everything around them pushes them down a more powerful, more heart-wrenching path. There’s no doubt about it. 5. Whether physically or mentally, it brings them a painful sense of inner division. But they have no choice but to keep going this way if they want to survive. 6. So the strong are swept forward by fate in everything they do. 7. In truth, more than anyone else, the strong want to live ordinary, peaceful lives.
🇨🇳 November 6 | Crypto Market Brief $BNB 🧧 Yesterday’s rebound was quickly interrupted by a market sell-off. AI and tech stocks suffered steep losses, and the crypto market shifted into risk-off mode. BTC fell back to around $76,000, while ETH and SOL dropped even further. Leveraged liquidations amplified the decline.
📊 Market Snapshot BTC: $75,500–76,200 (approximately -5.5% to -6.2%) ETH: $2,220–2,237 (approximately -7.3% to -8.3%) BNB: $690–693 (approximately -2.9% to -3.5%) SOL: $89.2–90.2 (approximately -6.5% to -7.5%) Total market cap: approximately $2.54–2.57T BTC Dominance: approximately 59% Fear & Greed: 28–38 | Fear
🔥 Today’s Highlights
1️⃣ AI and tech stocks plunge, dragging down the crypto market On November 5, U.S. stocks suffered steep losses: the Nasdaq fell 5.5%, the S&P 500 fell 4.4%, and the Dow fell 3.4%. The semiconductor index dropped about 12%, Nvidia fell 9.3%, and AMD plunged more than 17%.
Markets are beginning to reassess the costs, returns, and policy risks of AI infrastructure investment. Crypto assets once again showed a strong correlation with high-risk tech stocks.
2️⃣ ETF funds see another major outflow On November 5, U.S. spot BTC ETFs saw net outflows of approximately $430.2M, while ETH ETFs saw net outflows of approximately $100M, for a combined total of approximately $530M.
The inflows seen just the day before were quickly reversed. Cumulative outflows from BlackRock IBIT have exceeded $1B, and institutional funds have yet to show a consistent willingness to buy.
3️⃣ Leveraged liquidations exceed $1B As BTC fell below $80,000 and approached $76,000, a large number of long positions were forcibly liquidated. Liquidations exceeded $1B over the past 24 hours, mostly from long positions.
This means the decline was driven not only by spot selling, but also by the forced unwinding of leveraged positions. In a highly volatile environment, prices may move rapidly beyond what changes in fundamentals alone would suggest.
4️⃣ Chainalysis suffers a major cybersecurity incident Blockchain analytics firm Chainalysis disclosed that attackers obtained information including users’ names, usernames, password hashes, and activity tokens. The company has taken action and temporarily taken some products offline for investigation.
Our view: This is not a market for blindly chasing a rebound. Short-term liquidity and risk appetite are still contracting, but the long-term development of RWA, stablecoins, and AI computing infrastructure continues.
U.S. October Nonfarm Payrolls Far Exceed Expectations! Odds of a Fed Rate Hike in December Rise
The U.S. labor market delivered unexpectedly strong signals. Nonfarm payroll growth in October far exceeded economists’ expectations, while the unemployment rate also fell, showing that the U.S. jobs market remains resilient despite high inflation, adjustments in business investment, and ongoing uncertainty over economic policy.
Data released Friday by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics showed that nonfarm payrolls increased by 165,000 in October, exceeding the market expectation of 65,000. The unemployment rate fell to 4.1% from 4.2% in September, also beating market expectations.
Average hourly earnings, closely watched by Wall Street, rose 3.1% year over year, above the market expectation of 2.9% and staying above the 3% threshold; the monthly rate edged up to 0.4% from 0.3% previously.
