Following the successful resumption of withdrawals for certain networks and assets in the first phase on 01.11.2026, Binance will resume withdrawals for the assets listed below starting at 04:00 (UTC) on 03.11.2026.
Not all of the listed assets will become available at the same time. As in the first phase, withdrawals will resume gradually for assets as security checks are completed and they are ready. Deposit services continue to operate and are unaffected.

During the phased restoration process, users may experience temporary delays or longer processing times due to high volumes. If a withdrawal doesn't go through, please try again later. We will post updates on our official X channel.
We will continue to resume withdrawals, strengthen our security measures, and share updates as our work progresses.
Our commitment remains unchanged: Binance will bear the financial consequences of the theft. These losses will not be passed on to users.
