With BCH pressing against 290 right now, I actually don’t feel like chasing it.
It climbed steadily from around 280 during the day, peaking at 290.6, and is now hovering just above 289. It looks pretty strong, but I’m watching just two things:
First, spot trading volume today is a little over $9 million—not crazy. I’m not keen on chasing a slow grind upward like this.
Second, it’s already tested 290 twice today, and there’s still that old resistance zone from 297 to 304 above.
So my rule is simple: unless it breaks above 290 on strong volume and holds, I’ll treat it as resistance for now. I’ll reconsider if it pulls back to around 285 on lower volume. If it drops below this morning’s 279 level, I’m out of this move.
BTC just got back to 80,000, which can lift altcoins across the board, but that doesn’t mean every one of them can rally. These are just my personal trading notes—manage your own positions.
Are you looking to get in around 290, or waiting for a pullback?
