Wallet integration being ready doesn’t mean the chain is up and running. Bitget Wallet announced today that Kinetiq’s L2 Elysium for Hyperliquid is scheduled to launch its mainnet on November 9. On launch day, the wallet will also add access to prices, transfers, a DEX, and cross-chain services. Elysium’s official documentation says it will use HYPE for gas, have block times of about 100 milliseconds, target throughput of 300 Mgas/s, and bridge 1:1 with HyperEVM, with no new gas token issued. OpenSea and Kyber are also slated for Day 1.
What’s really changing is that the access point is ready first—not that buyers have already come in. The mainnet-day RPC, block explorer, and bridge contract addresses have not yet been announced; the HyperCore read/write upgrade is still about four weeks away. The opposing view may interpret ecosystem buildup as an expansion of HYPE utility, but without verifiable mainnet traffic, this is at most a calendar event.
If mainnet parameters are still missing on November 9, or independent addresses and TVL fail to get going on day one, treat this as a warm-up for integration—not as new buying demand. Snapshot around 20:03 Beijing time: Binance HYPE at about $82.21, down about 4.6% over 24 hours.
