A little while ago, someone asked me: “Is it good or bad news that a certain exchange has introduced PoSEC proof of funds security, with cold storage coverage of 104.58%?”
My answer: It’s somewhat negative in the short term, but bad news doesn’t mean prices will keep falling. Once the panic subsides, there may actually be an opportunity.
