Binance Futures will make a dividend adjustment to the SAMSUNGUSDT USDⓈ-M Perpetual Contract on November 6, 2026, at 14:00 (UTC+8). The adjustment will be KRW 101 per share, equivalent to -0.037336%. The entire dividend adjustment process is expected to take approximately 30 minutes.

Dividend adjustments apply only to users holding net positions in the SAMSUNGUSDT USDⓈ-M Perpetual Contract on the ex-dividend date, September 29, 2026, at 07:00 (UTC+8). Eligible users can view the dividend adjustment amount on the “Transaction History” page by selecting “Special Funding Fee” as the transaction type.

Note:

• The dividend adjustment amount will be credited to or deducted from the user's Binance USDⓈ-M Futures Cross Margin account. Users are advised to assess the dividend adjustment amount and manage their positions before the adjustment.

• The funding fee settlement schedule remains unchanged, and the contract will not enter reduce-only mode before settlement is complete.
