I usually don’t change my position based on a single message unless the market is signaling it too.
I came across another one today: Hynix shares in South Korea fell more than 7%, while the on-chain ADR premium widened to 44.5%. When negative news hits, those who panic tend to run first; only afterward can you see what the real buying support looks like.
