According to ChainCatcher, Arkansas has sued prediction market platform Kalshi, seeking to stop what the state alleges is illegal gambling. The lawsuit also seeks damages, recovery of unpaid taxes, and civil penalties. Kalshi is continuing to pursue a federal appeal over the enforcement of state gambling laws.
