I think I got a little carried away making this Vietnamese crispy roast pork sandwich, but how could I resist piling on those thick slices of pork belly with their golden, crispy skin?

I've got fresh cucumber, pickled carrots, herbs, and a generous drizzle of savory sauce tucked into a crunchy baguette, and somehow it all fits together.

There's something satisfying about building a sandwich layer by layer, especially when I can finally hold the finished thing in my hand. It actually gets me thinking about $BTC and how I sometimes need to stop obsessing over every little movement and just appreciate what I've got right in front of me.

Now I'm standing by the plants with this ridiculously loaded sandwich, trying to figure out where to take my first bite. Pretty sure keeping all that crispy pork inside the bread is going to be my biggest challenge today. 😂
