ETH reclaimed the 2,400 level overnight, but I’m not quite ready to call it “money flowing back in”:
Current price ≈ 2,424 (Binance spot)
24h low 2,279, high 2,450, up about 6%
About $236 million in ETH positions were liquidated in two hours, with shorts accounting for 56%
At the same time, spot ETFs had recorded net outflows for 7 consecutive days as of 11/3
So this move looks more like a short squeeze than spot buying
A short squeeze can push prices up, but whether it continues depends on real buyers stepping in
My default is to watch, not chase
First, let’s see whether it can hold above 2,400 on the 4H chart
Invalidation: a drop back below 2,330 (the starting point of this breakout)
Do you think this is the start of a reversal, or will it pull back once the shorts are squeezed?
