Trump Media, a publicly traded company (ticker: DJT), transferred 4,259 BTC ($344 million) to the Crypto.com exchange an hour ago.
But don't panic—this most likely doesn't mean they're going to sell.
They've transferred BTC from their on-chain wallets to Crypto.com several times before. However, according to the figures disclosed in their Q2 financial report released on 7/31, they didn't sell the BTC previously transferred to the exchange. In fact, they added another 2,584.5 BTC ($165 million) in July, possibly at an average price of $63,697.
The Q2 financial report disclosed BTC holdings of 14,139. They'll release their Q3 financial report next Monday (11/9), and then we'll be able to see whether they've sold or continued accumulating.
