UNI rose 7.08% over 24 hours on November 5, while ETH gained 6.98% in the same market data. Their gains were close, so there’s not yet enough evidence to say UNI has started moving independently.

Another clue: on November 4, a newly created wallet withdrew about 521,500 UNI, along with MORPHO and ARB. This was a large asset transfer, but it cannot be counted directly as new buying that day, nor can a single withdrawal tell us how long the funds will be held.

UNI also appeared in the handling of stolen funds that same day: the attacker swapped several tokens, including UNI, for ETH and then held 7,988 ETH. No separate amount of UNI sold was reported, so we can’t estimate its price impact from this information.

The gains are already here, but these clues don’t tell us whether inflows will continue. Next, we need to see whether spot buying can persist and how the withdrawal address moves afterward: is this rebound just one stop in a DeFi rotation, or is UNI making a move of its own?
