The market is cracking jokes again: $AKE has had 7 consecutive down days on the daily chart, with a cumulative loss of 89.12% over that period. It's up 0.53% so far today.
Seven down days in a row—more consistent than my own workout routine.
In all seriousness, a bullish candlestick means the closing price is higher than the opening price, while a bearish candlestick means the closing price is lower than the opening price. Consecutive bullish days means several days in a row closing with bullish candlesticks.
The same figures can mean very different things in different market conditions, so don't blindly apply a single rule of thumb.
