Binance’s official site posted Recovery Update #7 overnight: about 98% of affected assets have been replenished using its own funds. The remaining roughly 2% are illiquid coins that will take longer to buy on the market and OTC—the company will absorb the costs, not pass them on to users.
Even more significant is PoR: a new snapshot was taken at 00:00 UTC on 11-04, expanding coverage from 10 tokens to 44. It’s already visible on the website. The full ZK proof will take another 50–60 hours to compute; once it’s ready, you’ll be able to verify for yourself that the ratio is “at least 1:1.” Yesterday morning’s update said, “Today is the target date, but the proof isn’t out yet”—now the snapshot is live, while the proof is still cooking. Don’t mistake this for “all done with one click.” Withdrawals are still being reopened in batches as each round clears security checks.
Bitcoin is currently around $80,700, with ETH near $2,425. Overnight, BTC made a V-shaped rebound from around $75,700 and pushed past its previous high. The short-term momentum is strong, but I’m more inclined to think the bigger trend hasn’t turned bullish yet. Don’t call a rebound a reversal.
At the Chen hour, I cast the Fire over Earth, Jin hexagram: Li above, Kun below, with the top yang line changing. In plain language, Jin means “moving upward”—fire is on the earth, and its light rises. There’s progress, but that doesn’t mean every door is open. I think the two most likely things to check first are whether the coins you hold are among these 44 tokens, and whether you’ll be able to reconcile the figures yourself once the ZK proof is ready.
Would you rather check the coverage list on the PoR page first, or keep an eye on the next withdrawal batch? Let me know in the comments.
