$WLD |5 consecutive bearish daily candles|cumulative -8%
Before discussing capital flows, let’s first understand consecutive bearish daily candles.
Consecutive bullish or bearish candles only records how many K-lines in a row are the same color; it doesn’t take into account how much each candle rose or fell. A few small bullish candles and a few large bullish candles have very different strength.
Consecutive candles of the same color can also occur during sideways trading: several daily candles may have the same color despite only small price changes, so the overall move is limited. In this case, consecutive bullish or bearish candles have limited value as a reference.
Don’t place an order during the most volatile moment. Wait for the candle to close before taking a look.
