I looked at a few sources; here’s my synthesis.

$TAO is up 3.695% over the past 24 hours, with the price now at 235.43. In the context of its recent trend, that’s not much to get excited about.

The 20-day range stretches from 217.77 to 291.16, and the current price is only at the 24.1% mark—still a long way from the top. Over the past 7 days, it’s still down 8.528%.

In other words, it’s just crawled a little way back from the bottom, and it’s not out of the mud yet.

I’m watching the funding rate. At 0.005%, it’s hugging the zero line: neither longs nor shorts are willing to pay extra to hold their positions.

Open interest of 226,600 contracts, along with 119 million USDT in 24-hour trading volume, suggests that the money hasn’t left—but the price still isn’t moving.

That’s where things get interesting.

There’s only so much to go around, and the computing-power sector’s share is now going to other subnetworks.

The ones closest to the pot get served first. That rule has never cared about narratives.

The AI narrative isn’t dead; the money in it has just changed seats—from the storytelling table to the one where the numbers add up.

The past five daily closes have been grinding sideways: after 236.94 came 233.6, 223.25, 225.87, and 235.44. Not one of them has made a decisive break.

I’d rather see this kind of sideways action as a changing of hands. Whether there’s support below matters more than guessing which way it’ll go.

The broader market, $BTC , is up 3.706% over 24 hours; $ETH is up 6.394%. This one hasn’t even kept up by half, and the divergence here is plain to see.

You know what I mean: rising slowly and falling slowly are two different problems.

Anyone still holding this one? See you in the comments.
