ApeChain has switched its cross-chain solution from LayerZero to Chainlink CCIP.
According to an official ApeCoin announcement, CCIP will be the standard cross-chain solution for the Yuga Labs ecosystem, including Bored Ape Yacht Club. APE, USDC, and other key assets on ApeChain will be upgraded to Chainlink Cross-Chain Tokens (CCTs), connecting applications and community assets across chains.
