$UNI This move has completely stamped out my thoughts about whether 7.8 could finally break through.

The night before last, it actually dipped to around 6.8 once. I stared at that long lower wick, my palms sweating. I even told myself, if it can’t put the brakes on, I’m done watching.

And then?

As soon as the lower wick was finished forming, it started climbing steadily. Last night’s surge was the biggest—it shot straight up to 7.785, just a breath away from the previous high. But look at it now: the price has fallen back to 7.619, down 1.11%.

Honestly, I’m a bit bewildered. The people who were kicking themselves when it was below 7 are probably secretly celebrating now. But I also know that with a rally like this, failing to break through could easily turn it into a double top. Look below: RSI(6) has already surged to 65, and the upper Bollinger Band at 7.744 is holding it down.

Here’s where I’m at: I don’t dare chase it, but I’m not ready to give up either. If I chase it, I’m afraid I’ll buy right at the tip of the 7.8 spike. If I don’t, I’m afraid it’ll shake out the market and then really take off.

The morning market action is the easiest time to get carried away.

I don’t have much UNI, so I’m sitting tight for now.

Did you buy the bottom below 6.8 the night before last, or are you like me, just watching it spike and then pull back, helplessly?
