**Bitcoin: A Healthy Reset at Support**
*(Glassnode – November 4, 2026)*

🔹 Bitcoin has fallen ~10% from its September peak to test August breakout levels.

🔹 The share of profitable short-term traders has dropped from ~97% to 38%, leaving the market less overheated.

🔹 **Key levels:**
• True Market Mean: $77.7K
• Short-Term Holder Cost Basis: $75.7K
• Main support range: $73K–$76K

🔹 Most leveraged long positions have been flushed out, while short positions are accumulating above the price (the largest cluster is near $87K). Any rebound could trigger a short squeeze.

🔹 Options are tilted to the upside: $18 billion in calls versus $13 billion in puts.

🔹 Trading volumes are about 1.5 times their pre-rally level, but ETFs recorded ~ $1 billion in outflows, meaning external liquidity is absent.

🔹 Bitcoin is outperforming the S&P 500 in half of trading sessions for the first time since March 2025, and the largest breakout in crypto history (Binance, $6.3 billion) moved the price by only ~3%.

**Bottom line:** Holding above $73K–$76K would signal a healthy reset within the uptrend, while a sustained break below it would mean a longer consolidation.
