RWA: The Infrastructure Behind the Next Bull Market? Bringing Trillions of Dollars in Traditional Assets Onchain—The Real Story Behind Ondo, CFG, LINK, and Plume Hey everyone, let’s look back at the major narratives that have taken turns dominating crypto over the years. Doesn’t the rhythm feel remarkably clear? In 2017, ICOs and public blockchains flourished; in 2020, DeFi Summer sparked onchain lending and liquidity mining; in 2021, NFTs, GameFi, and the metaverse were everywhere; in 2023–2024, everyone turned their attention to AI, meme coins, and the Bitcoin spot ETF frenzy. And over the past couple of years, a new trend that more and more people are taking seriously has gradually emerged: institutional finance, stablecoins, and the topic we’re discussing today—tokenized real-world assets (RWA).

INTERESTING : These 3 coins refuse to dump with Bitcoin 👀 Market’s heavy right now 📉 BTC under 76k again and most alts got hit. But these are holding up: JST still under 0.144, making higher lows XMR defending 600 LEO barely moved, still near 9.30 Not calling anything. Just noticed they’re not panicking like the rest 🤷♂️ Anyone else watching these?#BinanceSquareTalks
🚨 BTC is down over 5%, but privacy coins are starting to show resilience! ZEC’s latest upgrade may be more worth watching than you think.
The most noticeable change in crypto over the past couple of days isn’t another claim that a bull market is here.
It’s that capital is starting to move in different directions.
First, take a look at some market data from November 6:
📉 BTC: down about 5.3% in 24 hours 📉 ETH: down about 7.3% 📉 XMR: down about 3.2% 💥 Total leveraged liquidations across the market in 24 hours: over $1 billion
BTC and ETH are under pressure, while XMR is showing relative resilience.
Meanwhile, ZEC has something tangible going for it:
Zcash has completed the NU7 upgrade, reducing its target block time from 75 seconds to 25 seconds.
The theoretical block production rate has tripled. But note: that doesn’t mean the network’s actual throughput will necessarily triple, and it certainly doesn’t mean the price is guaranteed to rise.
I think that’s what’s really worth digging into.
With the whole market discussing ETF outflows and whether BTC will fall below $75,000, why are privacy coins starting to move differently?
There may be three reasons:
① Capital is looking for relatively strong assets.
② The ZEC upgrade is drawing fresh market attention.
③ Privacy coins have a distinct narrative, unlike mainstream public blockchains.
But I wouldn’t blindly chase a rally based on a single upgrade announcement.
What’s really worth watching:
🔥 Can ZEC sustain higher trading volume after the upgrade, rather than falling back once the news is out?
🔥 Can XMR and ZEC both outperform BTC and move together as a sector?
🔥 If BTC keeps falling, can privacy coins maintain their relative strength?
My take: during a bear-market-style decline, the most valuable clue is often not which asset falls the least, but which one leads the way when the broader market rebounds.
That said, relative resilience doesn’t mean absolute safety. Privacy coins also face risks related to liquidity, regulation, and exchange support.
One last question:
Could privacy coins—not meme coins—be the ones to really take off in the next cycle?
🔥 A: ZEC and XMR are worth keeping a close eye on
🧊 B: It’s just short-term rotation—don’t chase the rally
