My take: This is a further step up from the 15-minute move in my previous post. The 1h candle did close above the previous high of 0.1243, active buying accounted for 54.3%, open interest was up 2% over 1h, and the funding rate at +0.01% doesn't look crowded. But this is already the third high-volume candle in the past 12h to close above a new high. Both the gains and the price are climbing, so we'll have to see whether there's follow-through. Don't mistake a stepped-up volume pattern for a guaranteed rise.
Holding above 0.1302 would confirm the breakout; falling back below 0.1243 would make it a false move.
