Following the successful reopening of withdrawals for certain networks and assets in the initial phase on 01/11/2026, Binance will reopen withdrawals for the assets listed below starting at 11:00 (Vietnam Time) on 03/11/2026.
Not all listed assets will be available at the same time. As in phase one, withdrawals will be reopened gradually for each asset after security checks and readiness assessments are complete. Deposits remain open and are unaffected.
