🎭 The tools they use:
Project owners have 3 weapons
They use them against you:
🔫 Weapon 1: Locked "for development"
🔫 Weapon 2: The fake burn
🔫 Weapon 3: Supply control
Let me explain each one with a real example 👇
🔫 Weapon 1: "Locked for development"
What they say:
"We locked up 60% of the coins
to ensure the project's development
and protect investors!"
The truth:
Those locked tokens = their personal wealth
They wait for the price to rise
Then they unlock them and sell everything!
Real example — AXIS:
Launched on October 21, 2026
Just 8 days later!
They unlocked 76 million coins
They sold them for $12 million in a single day!
The price crashed 40% in 24 hours 💀
Investors lost money
The project owners made $12M!
🔫 Weapon 2: "Burning for investors"
What they say:
"We burn coins to reduce the supply
= Your price will go up!"
The truth:
BTTC example:
Supply = 990 trillion coins
They "burned" 21.62 trillion
= Just 2.2%!
It would take them 45 years to burn half! 😂
Why don't they burn more?
Because the locked tokens = their wealth!
They want to sell them, not burn them!
Burning = just a marketing tool
To attract new buyers
Then they sell to them! 🎯
🔫 Weapon 3: Controlling the supply
XRP — Ripple example:
Ripple owns billions of XRP
It periodically sells some on the market
= Constant selling pressure on XRP holders
= The price can never rise freely!
SUI example:
4 billion on the market
6 billion locked!
= 60% outside the market
= Its owners decide when it crashes!
💀 And when all the locked tokens hit the market?
That's the most dangerous moment!
When all the locked tokens are sold:
= They have no control over the price
= They have no incentive to keep the project going
= They say, "The project failed!"
= They leave everything behind and it collapses! 💥
Real examples:
🔴 LSK (Lisk):
They sold to investors
The CEO sold $3.79M after a 764% rise
After that: The chain was shut down!
"The project has transitioned to a new model"
= They ran off with the money!
🔴 Many projects on Solana:
They launch a coin
Pump the price
Sell all their locked tokens
Say it was an "attack" or a "hack"
= And disappear with the money! 👻
🤯 The craziest part:
Sometimes they sabotage themselves!
How?
They own lots of coins
They sell them very quickly
The price crashes
They lose some too!
Why do they do this?
Because they calculated:
"We make $10M by selling now
even if we lose $2M on what we still own
= $8M in net profit"
= They sabotaged their own project
and the investors
But they still came out ahead! 😱
🧠 Why does this keep happening?
Because no one asks them:
✅ What's the detailed unlocking schedule?
✅ Who exactly owns the locked tokens?
✅ Why don't you burn them instead of unlocking them?
✅ How do you make money from the project?
People see the price rising
and buy without asking questions
= They become fuel for the big players! 🎯
💎 The ideal model should look like this:
✅ Project owners earn
only from network fees
✅ They buy on the market
like any ordinary investor
✅ No secret locked tokens in their hands
✅ All supply is distributed transparently
✅ A clear schedule for any new supply
Just like Bitcoin:
Satoshi didn't keep 60% for himself
= That's why Bitcoin is digital gold! 👑
⚡ The golden rule before any investment:
A trillion-token supply distributed fairly
is better than 100M with 60% locked!
Because:
The first = a free market no one controls ✅
The second = you're at the mercy of the team's decisions! 🔴
💬 And the question you should always ask:
"If the project succeeds —
who will profit more?
Me or the project owners?"
If the answer is them = stay away! 🚪
If the answer is everyone equally = get in! ✅
