ZachXBT has named the suspected victim of around $133 million in stolen crypto: French cooperative bank Crédit Mutuel Arkéa.
The bank confirmed to the media that it had suffered a cyberattack and fraudulent transactions, which are now under control; however, it did not disclose the exact amount or say whether the losses involved crypto assets. Customer funds are “unaffected.” Bitquery also tracked around 108.8 million USDC withdrawn from Kraken, Crypto.com, and OKX accounts over roughly 21 hours, with much of it converted into ETH. Crypto.com said it had intercepted funds linked to the incident.
