🚨
A noteworthy funding signal has emerged for BTC!
Guys, take a look at these figures:
On October 30, BTC spot ETFs saw net outflows of $643 million.
On November 2, net outflows were $399 million.
On November 3, net outflows narrowed further to $116 million.
Three consecutive days of outflows suggest institutional fund flows are still far from optimistic.
But!
Has selling pressure started to ease? That’s the question worth looking into next.
If the price of BTC gradually stabilizes while ETF net outflows continue to narrow—or even turn into net inflows—the rebound could get more support from capital.
On the other hand, if the price rise is driven only by short covering, with no fresh buying to follow through, the rebound could run into resistance again.
Bi Dao Ge’s take:
Price tells us what’s happening in the market; fund flows tell us whether this rally has a solid foundation to continue.
We can watch the rebound for now, but it’s too early to declare a reversal!#BTC
